Lee Court is the culmination of 3 phases of an innovative new build development in Hoylake for Wirral Methodist Housing Association which integrates a mixture of housing for the elderly as well as young people with a range of physical and learning disabilities.

Built on the former engineering works of Heap & Partners, the development comprises of 2 bungalows for the physically disabled, 8 apartments for the active elderly and 11 apartment block for young people in supported accommodation funded by Wirral Council.

Officially opened in April 2013 by constituency M.P. and Minister for Disabled People, Esther McVey, the £3.2m scheme was made possible with investment from the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA).

Paddock Johnson Partnership have performed well over a number of projects over a number of years. They place an emphasis on cost and quality control that ensures scheme targets are met.
