Ellesmere Wharf

Ellesmere Wharf is a mixed-use scheme alongside the Shropshire Union Canal Llangollen Branch in Ellesmere, Shropshire. The site contains an original listed brick warehouse, which will be refurbished as part of the scheme and converted into a retail until to secure the buildings future.

In addition to the warehouse refurbishment there will be two terrace house blocks each containing 4 units and a Retirement Living block containing 58 apartments. The Retirement Living Building will also a communal lounge, staff offices, an assisted bathroom and integral buggy store.

The project has been designed to reflect the history of the site with references to the many warehouses which once lined the canal.
