The Esplanade

The apartments, designed for The Regenda Group, offer fully accessible, high quality and contemporary living.  The majority of the apartments have one bedroom with a small number offering two bedrooms.  Overall, the building provides 16 no. accessible apartments for residents over 55, replacing a previous residential building which had been in a poor state of repair.

The apartment building provides architectural interest on the key corner location with outlook to the sea.  The elevation design reflects the key position through the integration of balconies and large corner windows, providing increased levels of natural light and the offer of amazing views.  Further external amenity is provided in the form of garden areas for use by all the residents.
