Paddock Johnson was appointed by TT Builders to act as lead designer and principal designer for a new build 3 storey apartment block located in Birkenhead Town Centre. The scheme of fifteen 1 and 2 bedroom apartments was delivered for Onward Homes. The site previously housed a vacant church building and the apartments bring a new use to the site with high quality design stimulating the regenerative potential within the immediate area.
